I loved getting to live inside Cammie’s world for a while, and I would love to read a series that follows Cammie and Zach in their late teens and their twenties. “United We Spy” is a thrilling conclusion to a beloved series. Get ready for the Gallagher Girls’ most astounding adventure yet as the series comes to breathtaking conclusion that will have readers racing to the last page. I can't fault it! I would recommend it to teenage girls, but not anyone younger.
I would rate this book 10/10, for all the reasons mentioned above. This in a way is what Cammie and her friends are trying to do see everything through to the end. I can't really go into much more detail for fear of spoiling it, but it is a fantastic and intriguing story, which certainly deserves to be read and followed through to the end. She truly doesn't know, she has to live each day as it comes. One of the remarks that Cammie, the main character, makes often is this: will she live to see graduation? And for her, this isn't a joke about too much work or exams. That's partly what this book is about finishing school and growing up. Much like the Harry Potter series, the books have got progressively 'darker' as the series goes on, and as the characters grow up from little girls to women in a dangerous profession. I read this book in a couple of days, and it is brilliant! The characters are as engaging as ever, and you never know what is truly going on until the very end. The mysteries are finally cleared up, although I'm still a little hazy on some of the finer points of detail.
United We Spy is everything that fans of this series will have been waiting for.
